4 green onions 1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon chili pepper 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 cup low fat yogurt 1/2 cup herbs 4 tomatoes 1 slice sweet onion
Instructions
Combine green onion, garlic, chilies and lemon juice. Beat in olive oil and yog urt gradually. Add salt and pepper. Finely chop herbs and add. This may be done in a food processor or blender. Refrigerate. Serve over sliced tomatoes and on ions.
