Beef Stroganoff Ii
Ingredients
3 crme frache
1 1/2 tb dijon-style mustard
3 tb tomato paste
3 tb worcestershire sauce
2 ts paprika
3/4 ts salt
1 demiglace
1 lb mushrooms
10 tb butter
24 onions
3 lb beef tips
3 tablespoons butter in a sized skillet
2 tablespoons butter in the same skillet
Instructions
Add slices of filet and any accumulated juices and simmer until the meat is heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately over buttered noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley. Garnish side with saut�ed cherry tomatoes and pour a good red wine.
