1 pint mayonnaise
1/4 cup wine
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 pound roquefort cheese
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
2 1/2 loaf is adquate
1 pound mushrooms
1 stick of butter
1 wash
