Beer Soup With Cheese
Ingredients
1/2 c onion
2 t margarine
12 oz beer
1 btl
1/2 c carrot
1/2 c celery
2 c chicken broth
1 t salt
1 t cumin
1/4 t nutmeg
1 dash pepper
1 c dairy sour cream
2 quart saucepan until tender
Instructions
Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese.
