Bejing Chicken

Ingredients

3 lb frying chicken
1/2 c kikkoman teriyaki sauce
1 tb dry sherry
2 ts ginger root
1/2 ts fennel seed
1/2 ts orange peel
1/2 ts honey
7 from coals

Instructions

tender; turn over and baste with reserved marinade occasionally. (Or, broil 5 to 7 inches from heat source about 40 minutes; turn over and baste occasionally.)
