1/4 c onion 1/4 c peanut oil 2 tb rice wine vinegar 2 tb water 1 tb ginger root 1 tb celery 1 tb soy sauce 1 1/2 ts tomato paste 1 1/2 ts sugar 1 ts lemon juice

ds Salt ds Pepper * May substitute low sodium/light soy sauce. Combine all ingredients in blender and process until almost smooth. Makes 6 servings; about 2 tbs + 2 tsp each. Unused portions may be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator.
