Ingredients
some milk salt to a bit of baking powder from the ries area
60 g butter
2 eggs
100 g flour
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites stiff peaks
3/8 layer of the dough
Instructions
cooled, cut into small strips, about 3/4 inch x 1 1/2 inches big. Add to soup just before serving. Serves 4.
