Black Bean Soup

Ingredients

some sharper flavor
3 c black beans
6 c water
7 stock
1 package tomatoes
2 c celery
1 carrot
1 onion
4 garlic
2 bay leaves
1 ts basil
1 ts oregano
1/2 ts marjoram
1 1/2 tb lemon juice
5 1/2 tb sherry
6 cups water overnight in a po drain the soaking water
7 cups ff chicken broth
1 t nonfat sour cream
1/2 teaspoon chives
