Black Bean Soup With Jalapenos
Ingredients
8 jalapeno chiles stems
1 chile seeds included
2 cups black beans sorted
2 tablespoons bacon fat
2 onions
40 milliliters garlic
1 ham hock
1 cup tomatoes
2 teaspoons cumin
1 epazote
1 teaspoon coriander
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
3 tequila
1 sour cream for
1 cover the beans with water
1 saute the onion
1 remove the ham hock
1/2 it
1 remove from the heat
