8 oz sharp cheddar cheese 1 t salt 10 slc bread 4 eggs 2 c milk 1 t french cream mustard
Instructions
(May substitute 1/2 t dry mustard) Cut cheese into pieces. Combine all ingredients in blender. Turn on high speed until thoroughly mixed. Bake in greased, uncovered, 1-1/2 qt casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Mrs. R. Gamble Mann
