Blue Cheese, Hazelnut And Herb Terrine

Ingredients

58 3/8 g creamy blue cheese
91 5/8 g greek strained yogurt
3/8 tb mayonnaise
1 gelozone
16 5/8 g hazelnuts
5/8 eggs
2 tb mixed herbs
1/4 ts paprika seasoning
1 trim the stalks from the radicchio
2 mash the blue cheese with the yogurt
3 fold the cheese mixture
4 fold over the radicchio leaves
