Blue Ribbon Crab Quesadillas

Ingredients

1 pound lump crabmeat picked over
1 green bell pepper
1 bell pepper
1 onion rings
1 clove garlic
6 corn tortillas
1/8 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/8 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cilantro
1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cups monterey jack cheese
1/2 reserved
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lime
1 jalapeno pepper seeded
1 cup cheeses
1 place six tortillas on a baking shee equally divide pepper
1/4 tortilla
