Blueberry

Ingredients

6 egg whites
1/4 ts salt
1 1/2 ts vanilla
1 1/2 ts cream of tartar
2 c peaches
1 juice
1 lemon
2 c blueberries
1 1/2 c sugar
12 heatproof flat spread about
3/8 meringue to within
1 edge
2 t flour
3/8 dash sugar
6 egg yolks until mixture coats a metal spoon

Instructions

heat and add 1/2 t each of vanilla and almond extracts. Chill; fold in 3/4 c heavy cream, whipped.
