Bluefish With Fennel And Tomato Sauce
Ingredients

1 fennel bulb
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic
1 slice orange rind
1/2 teaspoon dry fennel seeds
1/4 cup anise flavored liquor like pernod
2 tablespoons butter salt
1 1/2 pound bluefish fillets
1 bell pepper seeded
1/4 dice for snipped chives for discard the feathery green tops of the fennel
2 tablespoons olive oil in
9 salt and pepper
