Bockwurst Braised In Ale With Homemade Sauerkraut

Ingredients

3 bottles good
2 bay leaves
2 pounds bockwurst
4 sauerkraut
1 1/2 cups apple juice
1 tsp caraway seeds
21 salt and pepper

Instructions

To serve: Mound sauerkraut on warm plates and top with steamed bockwurst and a big dollop of homemade Honey Beer Mustard.
