Boeuf Bourguignon I
Ingredients
some garlic
some black pepper
some recipe by
some salt and pepper
2 tb salad
2 slices fatback
1 1/2 c carrots
2 lb rump roast
2 1/2 onions
2 shallots
1/2 lb mushrooms
1/2 bottle burgundy wine
1/2 remaining beef
Instructions
cover and lower the heat. Cook 3 1/2 hours. While the casserole is cooking the liquid should barely bubble.
