2 tb oil 1/2 ts salt 1 bok choy 1 bean sprouts 1 c snow peas 1 ts cornstarch 2 ts chicken bouillon powder 1/2 ts sugar 1/2 c water
Instructions
Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Add salt, bok choy, bean sprouts and snow peas Stir fry 5-7 min. Mix cornstarch, bouillon powder and sugar to-gether well and add to vegetables. Stir fry until glazed and thickened.
