Brazillian Black Bean And Red Pepper Salad
Ingredients
3 cups regular black beans
1 pepper
1 green pepper
3 carrots
3 of garlic
1/2 c cilantro
1/2 c rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons water
1 dash cumin
1 pick through beans
1 when beans are to the tender stage
1 while beans are cooking
2 cup measuring
1 toss the bean
1 rice wine vinegar is fairly sweet
1 serve the bean salad over rice

NOTES: This is a very flavorful and easy salad to make. The cilantro and the cumin combine to make a tasty dish. It is easy to make and stays in the refrigerator for about 5 days.
