Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

5 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 hash browns
1 cup breakfast sausage
1 cup cheese
1 precooked
1 cup crumbled precooked breakfast sausage
1 cup cheese of choice

Instructions

Beat 5 eggs together with 1/4 C milk, set aside.

Press into an iron skillet the contents of one of those tubes ofrefrigerator of Pillsbury cresent rolls. Top with one the toppings.

Optionally, and in amounts to taste, add chopped onions, choppedbell (or other) peppers, hot sauce and/or salsa, salt and freshlyground black pepper, and/or anything else that you think would begood.

Pour egg mixture evenly over pizza. Bake in preheated 375 400degree oven about 30 minutes or until done. Check often to avoidburning. Serve immediately.
