Breakfast Risotto
Ingredients
3 cups apple juice unfiltered
2 sticks cinnamon broken in
1/2 pinch nutmeg
1 low-fat milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups arborio rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup raisins
1 dark brown sugar for topping milk
1 in a saucepan
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup at a time until absorbed
1/2 cup warm milk along with raisins
