6 c broccoli 1 tb olive oil 1 tb lemon juice 1 tb balsamic vinegar 1 tb dijon mustard
Instructions
Cut broccoli into flowerettes, peel stem, cut into diagonal pieces. Steam for 6-7 minutes until just tender crisp. meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked, drain and toss into dressing.
