1 tablespoon applesauce
1 1/2 tablespoon barley malt syrup
1/4 lecithin
1 3/8 cup wheat flour
3/8 cup oat flour
3/8 cup rolled oats
3/8 cup buckwheat flour
2 whey
2 tablespoon gluten flour
1 1/2 oat bran
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
