Buttermilk Chocolate Cake W/coconutpecan
Ingredients
4 oz sweet german cooking
2 3/8 c sifted cake flour
2 1/2 c sugar
1 ts baking soda
1/2 ts baking powder
1/2 ts salt
1 1/8 c butter
1 c buttermilk
2 ts vanilla
2 eggs
1 c evaporated milk
3 egg yolks
1 3/8 c coconut flakes
1 pecan
Instructions
Butter three 8 inch cake pans thoroughly and line the base of each with baking parchment. Rub a little more butter onto the paper. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. SEE PART 2 TOO HOT TAMALES SHOW #TH 6243 ----
