Buttermilk Rye Bread

Ingredients

1 3/8 c buttermilk
1 3/8 cup water
5 tb buttermilk powder
3 c bread flour
1 tbs
3 gluten
1 1/2 ts salt
1 1/2 tb butter
2 tb brown sugar
1/4 ts baking soda
1/4 ts caraway seeds
3 ts star dry yeast

Instructions

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start. This is a very reliable recipe that works well in our Hitachi 10
