Caramel Brownies

Ingredients

14 caramels
3/8 c evaporated milk
8 oz german sweet chocolate
6 t butter
4 eggs
1 c sugar
1 c flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
2 t vanilla
6 oz chocolate chips
1 c walnuts
13 baking
2 quart saucepan
1/2 mixture prepared baking
1/2 cup walnuts remaining chocolate batter
