Caribou Mincemeat Pie
Ingredients
2 c apple cider
1 c raisins
1/2 c currants
1 1/2 c apples
1/4 lb caribou meat
1 ts cinnamon
1 ts ginger
1/2 ts nutmeg
1/4 ts allspice
1/4 c brandy
1 pastry recipe
2 quart saucepan
2 weeks

minutes on wire rack before cutting. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
