1 pound snapper fillets skinned
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup lime juice
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon onion
4 ounces bell pepper
1 jalapeo
1 pinch cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
2 passion fruit pure
1 slice endive lettuce for pepper
1 available in the freezer section of fiesta marts
