Charcoal Grilled Shiitakes

Ingredients

8 shiitakes
1 tb olive oil
1 tamari
1 tb garlic
1 ts rosemary
1 ts maple syrup
1 ts sesame oil

Instructions

Rinse mushrooms. Remove & discard stems. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients & marinate for 5 minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
