Ingredients

6 catfish fillets
1/2 c wine
2 t flour
1/2 juice of lemon
2 t parsley
5 t butter
1/2 lb mushrooms
1/2 c milk
2 t parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoons butter in saucepan
1 flour
