Cherry Blossom Muffins

Ingredients

1/4 c egg substitute
5/8 c orange juice
2 tb sugar
2 tb oil
2 c low-fat buttermilk baking
1/2 c pecans
1/2 c sugar-free cherry fruit
30 secon fold in pecans
2 fruit spread

Instructions
