Chick Pea Salad
Ingredients
1 cup dry chick peas
4 slices green onions with tops
1 carrot
3/4 cup parsley
1 tbs nonfat yogurt
2 tbs unpasteurized cider vinegar
1/4 tsp basil
1 rounded tbs
1 stir yogurt
Instructions
Cheap, easy, doubles or triples well, freezes badly, but can be made ahead and lasts several days in the fridge.
