Chicken-mushroom Risotto

Ingredients

2 tb margarine
3/4 lb chicken breasts
1 onion
1 carrot
1 pepper
1 c regular long rice
1 package cream of mushroom soup -campbells condensed
1/8 ts pepper
1/2 c peas
3 quart saucepan over high heat

Instructions

chicken is no longer pink, rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. 5. Serve. Makes about 4-1/2 cups or 4 servings.
