Chicken Breasts W/tarragon
Ingredients
some salt and pepper
4 chicken breast
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp margarine note
1 scallion snip
2 tbsp parsley
3/8 c dry wine
2 tsp tarragon
2 t butter
2 pound sheets of waxed paper
3 t stir in tarragon
1 this is excellent
