Chicken Breasts With Prawn& Saffron Sauce

Ingredients

250 g uncle bens thai imperial rice
4 chicken breasts skinned
160 g butter
1/2 onion
1 tsp saffron
4 strands saffron
4 tbsp wine
120 ml chicken stock
300 ml whipping cream
110 g prawns
2 tomatoes deseedd
1 tbsp water in
3/8 has thickened

5. Arrange the chicken on serving plates and spoon the sauce over. Serve immediately with Uncle Ben�s Thai Imperial rice.
