Chicken Cordon Bleu Ii

Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
7 slices ham
2 c swiss cheese
1 egg
1 1/2 t cooking oil
1 t water
1 c brown sugar
1 t lemon juice
1 t cornstarch
1/2 c water
1/4 c sherry
4 t butter
1/4 thickness
3/8 cup swiss cheese

Instructions

6. Add sherry and butter. Serve hot over cooked chicken.
