Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
2 t salad oil
1 green onion
3 t flour
2 c milk
1 c water
3 t catsup
1/2 t rosemary
1 bouillon cube
9 oz artichoke hearts
9 oz green beans
3/4 t sal
12 skillet over high heat
3 casserole
2 drippings from skille in remaining drippings
3/4 t salt
