Chicken Soup With Potato Dumplings

Ingredients

1/4 c onion
1 t vegetable oil
2 c chicken
1 c carrots
1 1/2 bisquick
1 t green onion
1/4 c milk
1 garlic
6 c chicken broth
1 c celery
1/4 t sage
1 c mashed potatoes
1/8 t pepper
8 ingredients
4 qt dutch oven
18 balls
1 1/2 in diameter

Instructions

Cook uncovered over low heat 10 minutes. Cover and cook 10 minutes longer. Each serving has 305 calories. Annette Thompson.
