Chicken & Stuffing Bake

Ingredients

1 package instant chicken stuffing
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
1 package mushroom soup
3/8 cup milk
1 teaspoon parsley
6 chicken breasts
1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

Heat oven to 400 F. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions but addvegetables and seasoning packet. Combine soup, milk and parsley, set asideArrange stuffing across center of 3 qt baking dish, Spoon small amount ofmixture on bottom of casserole on either side of stuffing. Arrange chickenbreasts on soup mix, overlap if necessary. Sprinkle with paprika. Pourremaining soup mixture over chicken. Cover with foil and bake 15 min.

Uncover and bake another 10 15 minutes. Stir sauce before serving.
