Ingredients

some laying around
3 lb brisket of beef
4 tb peanut oil
2 fermented bean cake
3 tb hoisin sauce
4 tb shaoxing wine
4 tb soy sauce
1 tb garlic
1 star anise
1 five-spice powder
2 ts sugar
6 c water
1/4 slices turn
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon oil
