Chinese Chicken Salad
Ingredients
some salt and pepper
1/4 cup peanut oil
2 tablespoons oriental sesame oil
1 clov garlic
1 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons sesame paste
1 teaspoon chili paste
2 cups poached chicken breast torn bite sized
2 cups elbow macaroni
10 ounces petite green peas
2 scallions
1 green only thinly cilantro in a food processor
1 right before toss the chicken
