Ingredients

some chocolate glaze thickly over top
2 1/2 pecan
1 c black mission figs
1 c pitted prunes
1 c pitted dates
1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c grand marnier
2 tb orange peel
3 c all purpose flour
3/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 ts cinnamon
1 1/2 ts baking powder
1 1/2 ts baking soda
1 ts salt
1 lb dark brown sugar
6 oz bittersweet
1/2 c butter
4 oz cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c purchased prune butter
6 tb butter
1 lb bittersweet
6 tb orange juice concentrate candied fruit peel
12 cup angel food cake
6 ounces chocolate in processor
1 at a time
1/4 dry ingredien mix in fruit mixture
3 additions
3 weeks
