12 oz semisweet chocolate
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 c margarine
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 ts vanilla
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 1/2 ts baking soda
3 c quaker oats
1 c nuts powdered sugar
1 balls
3 on ungreased cookie shee bake
