CRUST: Crush cookies in blendr, food processor, or roller. Melt butter or margarine, mix with crushed cookies. Mixture should be crumbly. Press into 9" pie plate. FILLING: Mix first 3 ingredients. When smooth, blend in Amaretto. Pour into cookie crust. Bake at 300 F for 50 Minutes. TOPPING: Melt chocolate and blend with sour cream. Sweetened to taste. Slowly add milk to pouring consistancy.
