Chocolate Fudge Variations

Ingredients

3 c sugar
1 env gelatin
1 c milk
3 oz unsweetened chocolate
1 1/4 c butter
2 ts vanilla extract
1 c walnuts
1 cup any of the following coarsely pecans
3 1/2 quart saucepan
238 on candy

Instructions

Spread in prepared pan. Let cool; then cut into squares. Makes about 2 1/2 lbs.
