3/8 c smooth gf peanut butter
2 tb corn syrup
1 1/2 c kidney beans
1/2 ts cinnamon
1 1/2 mini gf marshmallows
1/4 c nuts
9 cake with non stick vegetable spray

1 fats
5 grams
