Chocolate Pan Cake

Ingredients

1/2 cup vegetable oil
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter milk
1 stick butter
6 tablespoons butter milk
1 box powder sugar

Instructions

-------------------F O R T H E C A K E ------------------------1. Put the BUTTER, VEGETABLE OIL, COCOA, and WATER in a pot and bring to a boil. 2. Using a mixer, combine the SUGAR, FLOUR, BAKING SODA, VANILLA, EGGS, and BUTTER MILK in a large bowl. 3. Pour hot mixture in to the bowl and mix well. 4. Pour mixture in to a greased 9x13 pan and bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees.

-------------------F O R T H E I C I N G ----------------------1. Put the BUTTER, COCOA, and BUTTERMILK in a pot and bring to a boil. 2. Remove from heat and add the POWDER SUGAR and the VANILLA. 3. Mix well. 4. Pour over cake.
