Chocolate Scotch Truffles

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb good-quality unsweetened
2 egg yolks
1 c confectioners sugar
1/2 stick
1/4 c scotch whiskey
30 shelled hazelnuts
1 c sifted unsweetened cocoa
10 oz chocolate in a saucepan
1/2 cup confectioners sugar in
1/2 c sugar in
1 in diameter
14 oz chocolate in a saucepan over low

Instructions

in the melted chocolate, covering it completely. Then lift it out with a fork and roll it in the cocoa. Arrange the truffles on the baking sheet again, and chill before serving.
