Ingredients

1/2 c butter
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 ts vanilla extract
1 c all purpose flour
1/2 ts baking soda
1/4 ts salt
1 c quick-cooking oats
1 c cornflakes
1/2 c flaked coconut
1 filling
6 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 c confectioners sugar
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
