Chuck's Jewish Apple Cake

Ingredients

3 c sugar
2 c flour
3 tb baking powder
1 c oil
4 eggs
2 1/2 ts vanilla
3/8 c orange juice
6 slices apples
1 tb cinnamon
1/4 batter a greased
1/4 apples
1/4 sugar
350 oven

Instructions
