Chunky Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

1 c onion
1 c celery
1 c zucchini
1 c mushrooms
1 c tomato juice
2 t tomato paste
2 t basil
1 t oregano
1 t garlic

Instructions

Dice onion, celery, zucchini, and mushrooms into 1/2" chunks. Saute in basalmic vinegar, about 5 minutes. Add tomatos; blend in tomato juice, tomato paste, herbs, and garlic.
